Information about Sarah

I am currently a junior doctor working in SW London.

I completed by A-levels at Farnborough Sixth Form, achieving 3 A*s and 2 As in Biology, Maths, Psychology, Chemistry and General Studies. I also achieved an A in Geography AS.

I completed my undergraduate degree at Harvard University. I achieved honours in Human Evolutionary Biology, with a secondary in Neurobiology. While at Harvard, I was a peer tutor teaching Biology, Maths and Psychology.

I completed my medical degree at Imperial College London and am now working as a junior doctor in SW London. Alongside this, I am teaching medical students at a south London university, supporting them through challenging transitions of medical school, and preparing them for a career in medicine. I love medicine because it is a career of constant learning and teaching; growth as a doctor both in knowledge and experience is passed down through the generosity of our seniors, and I am passionate about passing that on.

Over the past 9 years I have amassed over 200 hours of tutoring experience. I tutor at all levels (KS3, GCSE, A level and degree level) and across many subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Psychology and Geography.

I also previously codirected a service supporting students through the US college application system. Spending time with students and their families during what I consider to be their real formative academic years was a privilege - it was not just about teaching them how to write personal essays, complete application forms and prep for interviews, but rather supporting them in learning about themselves and their own journeys.

Please let me know what you need and we can figure out how I can best help you!

I understand Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable. My son says she is helping him focus which of course we hope will convert to good grades.
