Information about Filippo

My name is Filippo, I`m a drummer, teacher and composer based in Central London, available for drum tuitions.

I hold a Diploma in Contemporary Music, a Berklee special recognition and several workshops with some of the world`s best drummers.

My classes are based upon the most reccomended drumming methods and books, tailored to my students age, individuality and ambitions.
Lessons will cover:

- Reading
- Moeller Technique and Posture
- Snare Drum Technique and Rudiments
- Coordination and Independence
- Grooves and Fills (Rock, Pop, Funk, Latin, Jazz)
- Linear Phrasing, Routines, Soloing
- Music styles analysis, Recording

Availability: Everyday apart from Sundays and Mondays

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Experience: Filippo is a drummer, teacher and composer active in the UK. His musical experience started in Italy, where by the age of nine he had begun to learn the piano, followed by the drums, singing and song writing. Even though he was already involved in music, he had the real opportunity of becoming a professional musician when he went to university. After many years of teaching and performing live, a Diploma in Contemporary Music, several drum workshops and a Berklee College special recognition, he`s now an esteemed player and teacher based in London, where he`s about to release his first album as a composer.
