Hi I`m Rosanna, I`m a biology graduate with a PGCE and 1st class Master`s degree in education from The University of Warwick. I am also an experienced science teacher judged as `Outstanding` by Oftsed.

I understand that learners start off with different strengths and abilities but I am a firm believer that any student can improve with the right encouragement and nurturing.

I am approachable, very patient and I love my job!

Experience: Education: A levels in Biology, Psychology, Chemistry, English Literature and Critical Thinking. A Degree in Biology from the University of York, a PGCE (Qualified teacher status) from the University of Warwick and 1st class Master`s degree in Education Innovation from the University of Warwick.

I have been a secondary school science teacher in Birmingham for the past 10 years and have been Head of Biology at an Ofsted rated`Outstanding` school in Birmingham since 2014.

I have been observed teaching year 12 by Ofsted and received an `oustanding` grading in 2012.

I have previous tutoring experience including KS2 English, KS3 science, GCSE science as well as A level Biology.

I hold current DBS and up to date paediatric first aid and anaphylaxis training.
