Hi I`m Sam, a third-year history student at the University of Sheffield. I took both GCSE History (A grade) and A level History (B grade). I can help with all sorts of topics having undertook a degree qualification since September 2017.

My GCSE exam board was Edexcel (I studied 20s America, Britain during WW2 and the Cold War) and my A level exam board was AQA (I learnt about revolutionary Russia, the Tudors and my coursework was focused on the civil rights movement in America).

I also received an A grade in A level psychology (AQA) so would be happy to help in this subject.

I am a friendly young student who has experienced what students are going through in recent years and can therefore deliver accurate and relevant help.

Experience: Starting from September I was a `Sheffield Mentor`, helping first year students get through the first year by answering questions and being a friendly face.

I have tutored neighbours and friends at GCSE level and happy to use my skills to good use during lockdown.

I still have my old textbooks and workbooks, so can transfer my knowledge effectively.
