Information about Alex
I`m an award winning teacher with over 500 hours of tutoring experience. I specialise in mathematics and physics tutoring, but also teach the use of the Wolfram Mathematica package. I have taught at various levels but mainly focus on A-level, STEP and MAT admissions tests and degree level teaching and was awarded the 2016-2017 student teaching award, by Imperial College London, for the latter. To date all of my previous A-level students have achieved their first choice university options. I have a first class masters in mathematics from the University of Cambridge and have recently completed a PhD in theoretical physics at Imperial College London.
Availability: My availability is reasonably flexible and I can do most weekdays and weekends, at any time, if given sufficient notice.
Willing to travel: 12 miles
Experience: have been teaching, both privately and at a university level, for over 4 years. The vast majority of my experience is in A-level and degree level mathematics but I have also taught physics and chemistry at both A-level and GCSE level.

Positive, patient and helpful. Plenty more positive feedback comes to mind, but these are the three traits that have stood out so far. For the record this is only after Five sessions.
