I view myself an adaptive individual with versatile people and communication skills. Also quite imaginative, dynamic and highly resourceful around people, tend to take a perceptive and innovative stance which helps when encouraging others to see and participate in the bigger picture. I am interactive and very motivated with a great energy and love for new ideas and concepts. Have an inspirational and positive approach to life - always view the glass as half full and am very keen to explore all opportunities which will help me reach my optimum career potential.
From my own educational experience, I recognise the importance of a good Teacher. A teacher who knows how to engage and focus his/her pupils, plays an influential role in the eventual outcome of the pupils` grades. A student is more willing to learn when the teaching techniques are varied. Having gained this understanding through my own education up to graduate level, I am well-equipped to put it into practise

Experience: I have over five years` experience as a private tutor. I currently work as a teaching assistant in year 6 and have been in this role for four years. I have the experience of working with children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. I assist them with their work in all subjects including Reading, Literacy, Maths, and Science. As a private tutor, I prepare children for phonics,KS1, KS2 SATs and 11 plus.I am confident working with children on any level. I have also up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum and learning initiatives.
