As the Head of Psychology, I feel I have a lot to offer in terms of teaching and progressing of students.
Throughout my career I strive to create a positive learning environment using a range of techniques and tools through different mediums. These range from the use of discussions and debates, physical demonstrates to activities, all aimed towards the individual learning style of the student.

My teaching is very flexible and based upon the recognition of different student needs and styles of learning, ensuring that students from the least to most able are able to become motivated, and realise their full potential. I regard my teaching as to not only effect a person’s knowledge within the schooling environment, but in all walks of life.

I have very high standards for all of my students, and aim to create a positive and safe learning environment for all, where students are confident to be able to express opinions based on their collective experiences.

Experience: I am the Head of Psychology at an Academy in Birmingham. I have a BSc in Psychology and have been teaching A-Level psychology for the last 10 years.
