Maddy

I am a London based tutor currently working online and in person from in North and East London. I tutor maths for primary level, KS3, GCSE and adult learners. I`m committed to teaching in creative and engaging formats and helping those gain confidence in their subjects which can often feel intimidating. I am very patient, enthusiastic and I enjoy adapting my teaching style to the needs and strength of the student. I graduated from the University of Bristol with a First-class degree, and I have A-levels in Maths, English, Drama and Photography. I work as a freelance scri pt writer across theatre and TV alongside Maths tutoring and volunteering as an English conversation TA working with Refugees.

Availability: I am available Monday - Friday during working hours (9am-6pm). I am open to offering evening lessons from time to time if that is the only available slot for a student.

Experience: I have experience tutoring Maths for primary level, GCSE and adult learners. I have worked both online and in person and I have multiple referees available. I also have experience teaching English conversation in conjunction with a charity and working with adult learners who don`t have English as a first language. In addition to tutoring, I have worked with young children and teenagers across the years both as a child minder and helping prepare for auditions for Drama schools and acting opportunities. I enjoy teaching and working as part of a team with my students to solve a problem.
