Graduating with a First in BA (Hons) Primary Education, I have now been a qualified teacher for seven years, with experience across the Primary School age range and a proven track record of high-quality teaching for all abilities. I currently specialise in Maths, however have plenty of experience in teaching English and other foundation subjects. My lessons are fun, engaging and connected to real life contexts in order to support children’s mastery of concepts.

I am a warm, bubbly teacher who will ensure that your child develops confidence and a deeper understanding of Maths and/or English in line with the National Curriculum. I use songs, games and practical equipment to support key concepts. I will offer support with exams, including the 11+, and provide a range of past papers to work through. My lessons are engaging and memorable - making connections is the best way to learn!

Availability: Weekdays after school

Happy to meet first to discuss specific needs and to tailor the sessions accordingly.
Sessions range from 45 minutes - 1 hour depending on your requirements.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

- KS1 & 2 Teacher
- Mentoring children for the UK junior Mathematics Challenge (UKMC)
- Tutored Year 2, 3, 4, and 6 children with a range of needs including EAL and Autism
- Year 4 class teacher rated ‘outstanding’ in observations
- GCSE A in Maths, English, Science & Further Science
