I am a Classical Civilisation/Ancient History/Archaeology tutor with ten years` experience tutoring privately and in tutorial colleges and schools in Oxfordshire, including Oxford Tutorial College, Oxford, and Henry Box School, Witney.

I have a BA in Archaeology from the University of Nottingham and an MPhil in Greek Archaeology from the University of Birmingham. I have a relaxed and friendly approach to tutoring which I have always found to be the best way to help students achieve their goals in the subjects I teach.

In addition to the above subjects I also teach English for Academic Purposes and EFL. I have twelve years experience teaching IELTS preparation, Cambridge English exams, as well as general English

I am also the author of seven published books about ancient history, local history, mythology and folklore.

Availability: I am usually available from 9.30 until 2.30 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.30 until 3.00 on Friday, 9.30 until 4.00 on Wednesday.
