As an experienced teacher,I understand the challenges faced by young people and the pressures they are under as they prepare for their G.C.S.E.s in English Language/Literature/French.I know how to build up their skills and confidence so that they will feel properly equipped to face their 100% examinations and achieve the best results they can.

I think it`s important to liaise with a tutee`s school so that I can target support in the areas which have been identified by their class teacher.

I listen to and respond to what young people tell me about their difficulties in regard to their learning.

I am enthusiastic about teaching and I can enable you to actually enjoy your learning (if you don`t already)

I can also help you prepare for your French G.C.S.E. if you are studying for one.

I see youngsters as individuals and my preparation/teaching will reflect your individuality.

Availability: I am available in the evenings and Saturday mornings.

Experience: I have been a teacher for 23 years now and I have enjoyed working with every sort of learner- across the ability range.

I am particularly experienced in working with youngsters who don`t `fit the mould` for whatever reason and who perhaps struggle with the pressures and requirements of the current system.

My subjects are literacy,English Language/Literature and French up to G.C.S.E.
