I purchased his contact details. But I didn`t have a lesson due to his availability. I wasted money. He told me that Tutor hunt will pay back to me when I purchase other tutor, but I haven`t received anything.

All money was reimbursed to you. You have to contact Tutor Hunt and tell them that you have purchased another tutor. They will then reimburse you.
Do not try and give my name a bad mark. I treated the situation with respect and professionalism. You have not lost money. All I received from you was threats. You were very intimidated, hostile and threatening. If you continue this behaviour I will personally call Tutor Hunt about your behaviour.
