Tayfun

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated young violinist with experience teaching and am keen to pass on a priceless knowledge of music and violin playing to pupils of a range of abilities who seek to learn (preferably those who have already started learning). I currently study at the Royal College of Music with Dr Felix Andrievsky and have performed Solo and Chamber music in venues ranging from Wigmore Hall, Milton Court, St Martin in the fields, St James Piccadilly etc. I previously studied at the Purcell School for young musicians.

Availability: Flexible most evenings, free day time most Weekends. Can do some weekdays during the day. Will discuss in person what’s easiest for my pupils.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Have worked teaching kids 1-1 who are in secondary school (and older primary kids who are capable), and have done outreach projects in local communities playing to and teaching and writing music with children. Have also coached small chamber ensembles on music courses and always listen and perform to colleagues at college in performance classes to further my ability of learning how to teach and learn from talented musicians around me.
