A highly experience and qualified GCSE & A-Level Maths tutor with a proven track record to encourage students to achieve their potential by stimulating their enthusiasm for learning and their determination to succeed.

Having taught Maths for a number of years in mainstream secondary schools, Sixth Form & FE colleges in addition to one-to-one tuition, I possess an in-depth understanding of learners` needs and consequently the challenges they are facing in learning Maths.

My approach is to start with an initial consultation where I can assess and identify the needs and gaps in knowledge and discuss objectives, then, together we would devise and schedule a bespoke progression plan within the timeframe. Based on this, I endeavour to make the lessons as personalised, engaging, interactive and fun and set challenging and stretching activities and homework that consolidate your comprehension and to help you achieve your targets and beyond.

Whether you are preparing for your GCSE or A-Level exams, most of the lesson time and content would be spent on practicing the past paper questions and analysing the best ways to tackle each question to build your confidence and to improve your problem solving and mathematical reasoning skills.

I have a thorough understanding of the changes in Maths curriculum at GCSE & A-Level over the recent years with a focus on problem solving skills and I have delivered lessons and exam preparations to all the current awarding buddies e.g., AQA, Edexcel and OCR.

I’m particularly fascinated by every day advancements in Science, engineering and technology in conjunction with Maths and I wish to foster my passion on to my students.
