Veronika

I was born and grew up in Vienna where I did the French Baccalaureat and Austrian Matura at the French Lycee and hence grew up fully bilingual.
I studied Italian at the University in Perugia/Italy and worked for many years at the French Tourism Commission and Embassy in Vienna.

I moved to London 34 years ago with my husband and we have two grown up children. Next to various other commitments I gained a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (Grade A), a Diploma in History of Art from Birkbeck College and a BA of Arts (Honours) in Humanities with Art History (2-1) from Birkbeck/OU.

I started French and German tutoring and teaching 13 years ago and enjoy it very much.
I teach younger school pupils, older pupils preparing for GCSE, pupils for A-level or University entrance exams, professionals and any adults wanting to improve their language skills or practice conversation. All my pupils so far have achieved top results at their various exams at 11+, GCSE, A-level and University entrance exams.

I have excellent references from my own pupils and from the ones introduced by Tutor Hunt.


Next to my tutoring I am involved in several art museums and learning Hungarian at UCL.


All my lessons take currently place online or at my home.

Experience: I have been a French and German tutor since 2009. I have helped pupils at all levels to achieve their goals for 7+, GCSE, A-level, University entrance exams, graduate language exams, and have also helped adults improve their language skills in preparation for radio interviews etc.
