Information about Harjyot
I am currently studying at The London School of Economics (LSE) where I am studying Economics. I have an enthusiastic teaching method, which involves a tailored approach for each student in order to focus on the student’s specific strengths and weaknesses.
I offer tuition for 11+ entrance exams, Maths, English and Geography for KS3 and Maths, Further Maths, Geography and Economics for GCSE.
The introductory session is half price.
I have DBS clearance.
Availability: I have flexible hours during the week - I am able to do mornings, afternoons and evenings. Please contact me for more details regarding availability.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I have experience tutoring 11+ through my time working at AE tuition. I also privately tutor 2 children for 11 plus exams. I also have mentoring experience from Tiffin School where I helped student in years 7 to 11 with their studies while I was in Sixth-form. I am also currently tutoring a KS3 student in Science and Mathematics
I have leadership experience from my position of treasurer within the LSE Student Union. I also have experience working with children through my time as a leader at the Scouts Association in Slough.

Harjyot is an excellent tutor for my son. He covers the 11+ syllabus well and goes over the key topics which must be covered. He also makes sure my son’s weaknesses are tackled and spends time ensuring he can answer questions in these difficult areas. He covers the entire syllabus and uses a wide range of online resources and a virtual whiteboard to make the learning experience engaging and interactive, this means my son is always paying attention and learning well. I would recommend Harjyot to other students looking for tuition.
