I have 15 years teaching experience delivering biology, chemistry and physics to GCSE at all levels. I have vast experience tutoring and currently tutor pupils from year 7 up to year 11.
During my teaching career I worked for 10 years as a Head of Science in large secondary schools. I currently work as a lead science author for a publishing house.

My track record for raising confidence and so attainment in pupils is excellent. All my tutees show improvement in a very short space of time.

I am equally confident and competent across all aspects of the science curriculum and have in depth knowledge of the 9-1 grading system.

Having worked for a number of years as an examiner I am able to develop exam technique effectively which can have a huge impact.

I am experienced working with dyslexia and other SEN and work to not only increase knowledge but also to raise self confidence.

Availability: I`m available evenings and weekends with some day time availability on request.
