As a tutor I believe students need to feel comfortable and view mistakes as an opportunity to learn and flourish. I adapt my teaching methods to each individual student to ensure they remain engaged and are able to get as much as possible out of each lesson. I am happy to be contacted between lessons if a student needs clarification or assistance on an assignment or problem they are working on. I also provide a free initial consultation to learn a bit about the student, how they learn and what they would like to focus on.

Currently I am only tutoring online due to pandemic circumstances.

Experience: I have experience tutoring students throughout my school and university years. I have a BSc in Biomedical sciences and an MSc in Medical Microbiology and am starting Graduate Medicine in September so I am confident in assisting students with science and maths. I am also able to assist with Eleven Plus and medical school applications and interviews. I have taught English as a foreign language to many students which required me to come up with innovative ways to communicate information effectively. In addition to this, I have worked as a healthcare assistant for many years for which it was necessary for me to quickly build a rapport and adapt to each client`s needs.
