Hi, I`m Sachin, and I have just completed my second year studying Economics at a Russell Group university.

I specialise in tutoring students in Maths and English at any level up to GCSE level. I am a friendly, dedicated tutor with a real passion for teaching these subjects.

I also specialise in 11 plus tutoring. Having received offers from 3 grammar schools and going on to study at Wilson`s School, I know well what is required to perform in these examinations.

My aim is to tutor students in a way that will maximise their learning, using my own individually tailored teaching methods to achieve this. I come to every session having prepared questions and problems for the student to work on, understanding that a combination of practice and the guidance that I can provide can help each student achieve success.

Experience: I have considerable experience tutoring Maths, English and 11 plus at a reputable private tuition centre in Purley. Here, I helped children aged 5 – 14 solve problems, teaching up to 6 students at a time.

I also tutored a group of 6 children at this centre before their 11 plus exams, with it being particularly rewarding to see many of them eventually get places in their first choice schools.

I have also privately tutored a number of students in Maths, with my tutoring helping them improve in their previous areas of weakness.

I am already very familiar with the curriculum for Maths and English. I have also studied Maths up to A-Level and English Literature and Language up to GCSE, achieving A* at GCSE level in each of these subjects.
