I am a creative Science Teacher, proficient in engaging teaching throughout all Key Stages and specific interest in making the curriculum accessible to all students. Passionate and motivated with a drive for excellence. I have 8 years of experience in education working as a Science Teacher, with a masters degree in special and inclusive education and have also previously been appointed as an EAL Coordinator and as a Head of department at SEMH school. Appointed as EAL Coordinator, developing skills required for a whole school responsibility such as administering training, providing guidance and resources. Also managing, collecting and monitoring data using SISRA and SIMs. Working with various agencies to support and safeguard EAL Students.
