I am an experienced and qualified Primary School Teacher (with QTS) who is a specialist in the Teaching of Maths and English for 3-11 year olds. In addition to this, I also tutor English, History and Politics up to A Level.

I am particularly effective at teaching the little steps that many teachers seem to forget! All of my lessons are well-structured, well-planned and enable good progress to be made! :-)

Experience: I am a qualified and experienced Primary school teacher, who has been certified with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). As an experienced tutor with 3 degrees (History BA, Political Science MA and a Bachelors of Education) I have more the subject knowledge, which is necessary to teach the Primary curriculum as well as English, Politics and History at Masters level.

In addition to my extensive academic studies, I also have over four years of experience as a primary school teacher, which means I am more than familiar with the Primary curriculum. This also means I am excellent at delivering well-planned and well-structured lessons, which can be altered to meet the needs of different pupils (whether that is an SEN child or a greater depth child). I excel at assessing pupils regularly an identifying areas of weakness, so I know exactly which areas the pupil needs to develop on, thus maximising progress in the shortest amount of time (which in turn saves the parent money!).

Furthermore, I have been employed as a tutor, who specialises in the teaching of Maths and English for 3-11 year olds. During this role, my primary role was tutoring 11+ pupils, so I am familiar with the structure and content of 11+ papers and I am effective in motivating pupils to ensure they reach their true potential.
