I have previously worked for the Tutoring Company as a teaching assistant, and now currently tutor on a weekly basis.
I studied Psychology at Newcastle University having completed A Levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry. I also completed a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology at Goldsmiths University and am currently undertaking a Doctorate in Forensic Psychology with the University of Nottingham (working remotely).
Availability: Having been fully booked last year, I am now taking new students.
I am able to do virtual teaching via zoom, whatsapp, webex or microsoft teams.
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: I have experience working both in individual and group settings. I tutor maths, chemistry and biology at GCSE level. I also tutor Psychology to degree level.
With a background in Psychology I also have specialist experience working with individuals with specific learning difficulties such as Autism/Asperger`s Syndrome. This also rubs off on my teaching style - I like to encourage thoughtfulness with learning.
