I have a great passion,enthusiasm ,and commitment to ensuring students gain the best results. With such a broad range of experience and expertise students I tutor don`t only gain the best results but have an opportunity to be supported and given advice on issues related to their studies such as subject choice,career advice and free support with personal statements.
I have experience teaching up to university level and would be glad to assist and provide all the support I can to ensure success. I cover content,but also ensure that my students develop exam technique skills and knowledge that the examiner requires. I believe in using creativity to help nurture students learning.
Availability: Monday-Sunday evening
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I am educated up to Masters level at a UK Russel Group University.I have worked with students and taught for over 10 years. My experience has also included working at Government education departments with knowledge of current education curriculum. I have lectured and have published a number papers and books which demonstrates my extensive skills and knowledge in my education field.

I had lesson with Tina for a few weeks. Tina has been a great tutor who has excellent notes and approaches and methods for essay questions.

Tina gave History at GCSE level tuition to my son for for 2 hours each session. Positives: she is polite and has an interest in the subject. Our son did believe he was learning something, despite his grades not yet improving. Negatives: unfortunately, we have to cancel the tuition as she was very unreliable. On a number of occasions we had to call her when she was already late, and in one instance never showed up. It was made clear by Tina that her other activities would take priority over her role as a tutor. As we needed a tutor who took the role very seriously (especially also with the tuition fee being increased due to her travel costs to our home), we felt we couldn`t continue and risk further disruption and added stress. Tina appears to be a lovely person and, despite the added stress and inconvenience caused, we wish her the best.

I did not go ahead the lesson with Tina as she wanted
me to have my private lesson in a Cafe.
Tutors Response :
I mainly do home tutoring with students, and with you not willing for me to travel to your home, we were unable to conclude on a conducive place and I received no further correspondence from you to be able to facilitate further options that would best suit your requirments. I do wish you the best.
