Information about Liana
I am a qualified primary teacher with a BA(Hons) degree in Childhood Studies. I teach Phonics, English and Maths and also prepare pupils for the 11+ exams. I tailor my lessons to suit all abilities and my aim is to build confidence and encourage a more independent learning. I am a good communicator, well organised and creative which is reflected on my lessons.

Experience: In the last sixteen years I have worked both in primary and secondary schools and I have taught whole classes, small groups and 1:1. I have experience in teaching pupils with Autism and Asperger`s, Special Educational Needs and those with English as additional language. I am currently working in a primary school setting but I have previously taught Art and Spanish in Key Stage 3 and also Modern Greek language to children and adults.
