I am an English Literature Graduate from Cambridge University, with extensive experience in written and performative English. I have taught Shakespeare to all ages (including adults) for 8 years. I specialise in Shakespeare, English poetry and Victorian Literature. I think there is nothing more thrilling than fantastic literature, and that part of understanding it is about enjoying it. As I tutor I want not only to help a student excel academically, but also to show them that academia is about love and passion as much as it is about exams!

Experience: I have lots of experience as an acting coach (workshops, one-on-one coaching, and in rehearsal), specialising in releasing text. This means that I am confident and capable when it comes to helping someone understand what a text is trying to achieve and why it is exciting to encounter. I have worked in different languages, and with people from all over the world, and I have developed the ability to communicate clearly with non-native speakers. I have extensive work experience in high-pressure environments and am extremely patient and calm.
