Information about Mahmud
I am a fully qualified primary school teacher who has a real passion for teaching and working with children. I am currently a year 4 teacher in an outstanding primary school.
I have experience in key stage 1 and 2 but specialise in the key stage 2 areas of learning. I am experienced in all areas of the curriculum, I have a particular interest in maths and literacy. I have SATs experience and have a very good understanding of the national curriculum.
I am a firm believer of personalised learning and like to understand children`s needs and abilities, this allows me to tailor the learning for the children.
I am willing to travel to Bromley, Catford, Greenwich, Eltham, Woolwich, Lewisham and other surrounding areas.
I offer tutoring in all primary subjects, SATs and 11 plus.

Mahmud is a very approachable and supportive tutor. He connected really well with my son and made learning fun for him. There were always positive comments from my son about their sessions. Jimmy has really helped my son to prepare for the SATs in English and comprehension. We have seen the mock results get much better and he feels much more confident. Plus he is enjoying it :)

We’ve been with Mahmud (Jimmy) for a few months now and found our little boy has progressed nicely. Lessons are tailored around his requirements and are regularly reviewed. Glad we went with Jimmy.
