A DBS-checked experienced secondary school Teacher of English with over eight years of tutoring experience and a proven track record, is available to help your child reach their full academic potential. I take on students from KS2 preparing for SATs to GCSE English Literature and Language. During my years of tutoring, I have also prepped students for their 7+ and 11+ entrance exams for both grammar and independent schools and continue to do so. I specialise in the GL 11+ enterance exam for English and have a record of prepping for prestigious schools such as: Merchant Taylors`, QE Boys, Henrietta Barnet, Quintain, Haberdashers and Islamia Girls are a few to name.

Lessons with me are all about tailoring the sessions to suit your child`s specific needs. The sessions enhance the learning experience and not detract from it, which is why I place specific emphasis on building pupils` confidence, rigorous understanding of key concepts and repetition to ensure progress. My heart and soul goes into each child that I work with and I can fairly quickly build a positive working rapport with both parents and children.
