I am looking for an accounting tutor to assist me with budget management and forecasting with in my role as a project manager for construction. This is an important part of my role, but I am struggling to report consistently accurate figures and report in a meaningful way to my directors. I need help with my processes and simplification where possible to help me maintain an accurate record and reporting system.
