I am a Grade 8 ABRSM Pianist with a BA in Music from the University of Nottingham. As well as piano, I also specialise in guitar (bass, classical and electric), vocals and a range of KS4 music exam specifications.

I am happy to offer 60 minute lessons. I am available to start from the first week of September.

I am in the process of relocating to London to study at Abbey Road Institute for a years` career break.

Availability: Monday-Friday from 4pm onwards.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have worked in education for over 10 years, as a peripatetic guitar teacher in the first instance, then for the last 8 years as Head of Music and Performing Arts at a high school.

I have a PGCE and current CRB. I have experience in delivering the Edexcel GCSE Music curriculum, composition and performance experience to degree level. I have experience in preparing students for ABRSM theory and practical exams and Trinity Rock and Pop exams.

I am happy to teach piano, guitar and theory up to grade 8, vocals and drums up to grade 5. Available to tutor from KS2 to adult learners.
