I am a professional tutor with over 4000 hours of tutoring hours. I have tutored students from some of the world`s top universities which include: Imperial College, Queen Mary`s and Cass Business School. My A-levels students have been achieving A+/A/B grades in recent exams. I have also succesfully helped students with Critical Thinking tests (Watson Glaser).

I use a practical approach to helping students understand the subject and what is needed of them, therefore able to achieve the best possible results.

I am also able to draw on my real-world business experience as I have over 15 years of business experience working in multinational organisations globally. I have worked in strategic product and business development worldwide.

I have helped many students achieved and exceeded their expected grades. For me, every student has the ability to succeed. The important approach is to be able to apply academic theories to practical business. I can help you with this process, to understand and apply the most complex concepts.

My strength is listening to your difficulties and challenges and then providing a way for you gain clarity and confidence in your subject.

Students will succeed if they are able to digest complicated theories and concepts and have the confidence in their application. I am able to breakdown these ideas in easily digestible chucks. I can help you find ways to understand the areas that you find tricky, supplementing your classroom and individual study.

I am firm believer that students need to take control of their learning. I will begin by discussing the areas that you feel you are weakest at and we will work through from there. We can work together to find the techniques and approaches that meet your learning style.

I have been educated both in Asia and in the UK, therefore I can help international students adjust to the education system in the UK. I can help you understand what is expected of you to achieve your grades/goals.

Essay approach:

The approach I adopt is to read all the relevant literature (usually articles and journals) and then help my students use the relevant materials to address the scope of their essay. We will also need to critically analyse the theories/framework as this will secure higher marks.

I also offer tutoring via skype. Please note that I usually travel to clients for two-hour lessons.

He had the basic understanding but just needed the extra bit of "polishing" on learning how to structure A and AS Level essays etc. Seng`s profile stood out a mile.
