Experience: Qualified teacher with 10 years of experience teaching in classrooms and one-to-one tutoring. I now specialise in homeschooling programmes as well as preparation for secondary school entrance exams (the 11 Plus). Many of my previous students have gone on to achieve outstanding results at GCSE and A-Level as well as gaining entrance to the top UK independent schools (St Paul`s, Eton, Harrow, Winchester and Downe House to name a few).
I am an experienced tutor with a focus on planning and preparation, tailoring my lessons to the needs of the individual student. I believe in setting clear goals and encouraging my students to work hard to meet these but also have a patient and supportive nature.
