I am an experienced Biology A-level, Science GCSE, English 11+ and EFL/ESOL private tutor who always tailors the lessons according to the student`s needs.

Subjects and experience
I am familiar with most Science GCSE and Biology A-level exam boards and exam types, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Triple and Double Awards, IB DP, and iGCSE.

As an English Teacher, I have helped students study for their 11+ exams in English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning both for state and independent grammar schools. I happy to teach Maths as well if needed.

I have been teaching EFL/ESOL/EAL (English as a Foreign/Second/Additional language) the longest. I have experience in teaching EAP (English for Academic Purposes) and ESP (English for Special Purposes eg. Business English or English for Medicine or English for Engineering), as well as teaching young learners. I have helped students prepare for their IELTS, FCE, CAE, TOEFL and other language exams too.

Location
Students under 18 will either come to my home or I will travel to theirs.
I meet 18+ students at a library for one to one tuition. For group sessions I hire a room in the centre of either Bromley or Beckenham.


Qualification and certificates
I hold a BSc(Hons) MEd(Dist) Biology degree as well as a MA MEd English Language and Literature degree with TESOL qualification.
I have got the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
I am in the DBS update service
