I am an experienced primary school teacher with over ten years’ experience of working in mainstream schools in Birmingham. I have taught experience in key stage one through to year six. I have taught all aspects of primary education and I am especially passionate about reading and writing. I have worked extensively with children who have English as an additional language enabling them quickly to integrate into main stream school. As well as this, I have also taught children, who have special educational needs, supporting them with reaching their full potential. I pride myself in having a creative and fun approach to my teaching that is based on individual learning styles, acknowledging that we all learn in different ways. This coupled with well-planned sessions makes me an ideal tutor for primary aged children.
I prefer to teach from home as I have easy access to many resources, but I am willing to travel to a convenient location for you, within three miles. Please message me to organise an initial session and I will endeavour to see you as soon as possible.

Experience: -Over 10 years experience teaching in mainstream schools in Birmingham.
-Indepth knowledge and experience of the year 2 and 6 curriculum including requirements and expectations for passing SATs.
-Experience of teaching 11+ for entry into Grammar/private schools.
-Up-to-date knowledge and training of any changes for the statutory tests.
