As a native French speaker and mum of a son with learning disabilities, I know how hard it is to find a tutor who truly gets it! Nada does. From the very first session her patience, genuine fluency and willingness to adapt her timings and teaching style around my son’s needs was everything I had been looking for. Any parent who wants the best for their child will not be disappointed.

There were audio issues with the session which could have been at either side of the call. When asked to investigate the tutor over reacted and overly defensive for no rational reason. Further to this when asked about the content of the delivery and if the level was correct - which was a genuine question which could have been justified and explained rationally - again the tutor jumped to conclusions, cancelled all sessions and removed themselves from contact. Would not recommend.
Tutors Response :
I only work with students who are serious about their learning and with parents who communicate respectfully.
The parent’s communication became confrontational rather than constructive. I was accused of delivering A-level content when the student is preparing for GCSEs. I calmly explained that the past paper used during the lesson was clearly labelled GCSE and that all sessions are recorded should there be any doubt about the content covered. Despite this clarification, the parent remained confrontational.
Because of the aggressive tone of the communication and the lack of engagement during lessons, I chose to end the sessions. In eight years of tutoring, this is the first time I have encountered this type of situation. I also note that a positive review had previously been sent to me and was later replaced by this negative one, which speaks for itself.
I maintain a respectful and focused learning environment, and when this is not possible, I discontinue lessons.

Nada has been helping me prepare for my OCR A Level Law exams. She explains the law to help me memorise key content. We spent a lot of time going through past papers to help with exam technique. I would recommend her.
