A qualified teacher who is affable, willing to support and help students fulfil their dreams. With over 10 years as a private tutor and classroom teacher I have a lot of success stories to draw upon to ensure my students make progress.
I believe in independent learning and helping every learner achieve their dreams. I set clear expectations and goals that are measurable. One to one tuition where topics are taught and pupils are given tasks which are increasingly difficult. Activities are linked to exam boards and top universities. Home work given regularly to embed learning.
Regular review of progress are carried out. I am a dynamic and focused person.
Over the years I have worked with high achieving pupils who wanted to break every academic record and I was able to nurture and guide their learning. I have also supported learners who were behind in their learning and needed to catch up. I have supported learners to gain admissions to top grammar schools and institutions of higher learning.
I always endeavour to support my pupils and their families to succeed. I enjoy reading, political commentaries and jogging. .
