I am a sociology undergraduate aiming to provide sociology GCSE and A level students the confidence to achieve the best that they can which schools may fail to acknowledge. I believe I can accomplish this because I`ve gone through the current education process and want to make it easier for students to study without it being daunting.My teaching method is making sure students understand the learning materials because this subject requires heavy memorisation. Im also willing to help with essay plans and have an idea on the structure that students should follow. I`ll go through the material with the student to illuminate any misconceptions they have because in school teachers don`t have enough time to do that with a confused student. I carry out flashcard tests at the end of each lesson to make sure the student has understood and set homework (occasionally since i understand schools pressurise students enough with homework) such as exam questions and knowledge tests because practice is key.

Availability: I am willing to make any time slot available for the weekends and late evenings on weekdays.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I`ve achieved success in this subject at a level in which I received a B Grade at A level and C grade at GCSE therefore I`ve always been fond of this subject & I want to share my likings for this subject with others. Im aware of both the OCR and AQA exam boards.
