Hi! I hold a PhD in literature with focus on German and Classics and a M.A. in Ancient History and archaeology. I have taught privately and at university for 6 years and enjoy teaching language (German and Swedish), ancient history, and literature. I can help you become comfortable with difficult grammar, write an excellent literature essay or remember and analyze historical events.
Originally from Sweden, I lived in Germany for a decade, followed by 8 years in the US before I moved to London. I love to introduce my students to original materials so that you have a sense of engaging with German culture from the very beginning. I also enjoy the challenge of breaking down complicated grammar and making it memorable with fun (and often silly) exercises.
