I trained as a teacher at the University of Worcester and did my degree in Educational Studies. I’m now in my third year of teaching at a primary school in the city of Nottingham.
I enjoy rock climbing in my spare time and read an awful lot of books!

Availability: I am available all Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings too.

Experience: I love teaching but my absolute passion lies in English. Being a grammar nerd myself, I like to find interesting ways to teach the difficult content of the subject so that all children can reach their potential!
I have taught year 4 for 2 years and both years I’ve taught a SATs booster group for year sixes. It is my job to ensure children make progress and understand the subject competently so I have many different techniques for both visual and kinaesthetic learners to support them in all aspects of English.
