Bonjour! I am a highly qualified and experienced teacher trained in Secondary Education, Modern Foreign Languages.
I am the former Head of Languages in an Upper School and Specialist Language College. I left my role as Head of Languages after having my first daughter in 2011 with a view to pursuing my passion for teaching in a part-time capacity.

I am zealous about what I do and find the rewards of teaching languages invaluable. My creativity and drive are transmitted through my lessons making the learning experience positive and enjoyable. I aim to make learning fun and accessible to individuals of all levels of ability with clear and achievable goals. Lessons are focused around the requirements of the individual and I work at the student`s pace.

Availability:
During the school day and some evenings.
Weekends are not available.

Experience: With over 10 years experience in teaching languages from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding to enable me to deliver quality lessons tailored to the needs of the individual. I have taught students of diverse abilities from severe learning difficulties, autism, dyslexia, sensory impairments and mental health issues to exceptionally gifted children.

I also have experience in running Adult Evening classes, Primary French groups, private French tutoring and I am an examiner for Edexcel GCSE French.
