My name is Caitriona, I am a qualified teacher, with a degree in both special educational needs and primary education. I have been teaching for a number of years, with experience in both KS1 and KS2. I am currently teaching a Year 6 class, with the main focus been exam practice and preparing children for Secondary School.
I am enthusiastic and passionate about learning and understand the importance of a child-centred learning environment. My lessons are organised and structured to ensure positive outcomes. As a teacher I have access to all kinds of resources which are always useful for additional learning.

I have been tutoring KS1 and KS2 privately for 4 years and thrive on seeing positive results for all students also helping them gain confidence in weaker areas and have a more positive approach to learning.

Availability: Monday-Thursday-evenings after school.
Saturday- morning/afternoon

Experience: Having a degree in both special educational needs and primary education my experience varies. I have taught in both KS1 and KS2, catering for a wide range of abilities. Throughout the last 4 years I have also enjoyed one to one tutoring and group tutoring ranging from low KS1 to Year 6.
Currently I am teaching a year 6 class, the main focus been SAT exam practice.
