## Information about Matthew

I graduated from the University of Bath in July with a Master`s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Maths was a big part of my course and I studies A-level Maths (A) and Physics (B). I now work at a secondary school teaching maths and physics, and really enjoy the role.

In my teaching I take a positive and patient approach which is always based on understanding rather than remembering. This has consistently helped my students improve their grades whilst also teaching them a logical way of thinking which I believe will help them in other subjects as well.

Matt is tutoring my 13 year old son (who is dyslexic) in Physics / Maths. Matt has built up a good rapport with my son, so he is happy to have a tutor lesson and has said that it feels like the time passes quickly. Always a good sign that he is engaged and learning.
