I am an enthusiastic, patient and dedicated Canadian who is also a young teacher here in Romford. I love reading, exercising, and traveling

For the past five years I have worked in educational settings and schools. I love helping children develop their confidence and their understanding of new concepts.

I love finding creative ways to help children learn by connecting their passions with new subject material. By combining their interests with the content, my students become highly engaged and motivated.

Availability: I am available after 17:00 any weeknight and throughout the weekend. I am able to meet in your home, a local coffee shop, or in my home.

Experience: I graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Child Studies & French Literature with a minor in Psychology from Western University (Canada). In addition, I currently have my TESOL Certification (Teaching English as a Second Language).

Furthermore, some of my work experiences include:

1) Kensington Primary School - September 2015 to present
- Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant & Clubs Facilitator for Years Years One to Six.

I have worked in small groups, one to one, and in large groups assisting in all primary subjects. I have a complete knowledge of the UK primary education curriculum.

2) Montessori Academy of London from Septemer 2011 until June 2015
- Cover Supervisor, Before and After-School Supervisor, Playground Leader and Camp Councillor

I tutored with ages two to twelve in all subject areas. I also created many lessons for small group activities.

3) Miscellaneous
- Due to my many experiences outside of strictly academic tutoring - including children`s activities facilitator and creative writing instructor - I have had a wealth of opportunities to enhance children`s learning.
