Many people will assume property sales are rather straightforward. My article shall help people understand there is a lot more to it.

Many people who look for properties within a specific area know what they want and know what they are worth. But many people move from different parts of the UK now majority of people so not know the area or prices around that specific area.

It is all public knowledge.

Estate agents are not looked at in a good way. What I teach is an understanding of how to deal with particular people in a manner that they can understand what they are buying without having to do any "hard pressure" sales techniques.
