As we know a woman is that only creature on this earth who loves herself unconditionally. She loves to look stunning; she desires to be most desirable beauty, she knows it's her right to own beauty kingdom.so that she keeps trying to maintain herself, she is so concerned about herself she spends all her day in struggling to get charismatic look. Today she got everything to look gorgeous but still she is facing challenges of changing life styles, eating habits, environmental changes that are affecting her not only psychologically but also physically. Eteddybear found a new research about excess hair growth in women, today more than half of all women are concerned about excess body hair, this report was published by market research company Mintel last month. According to this report eating large amounts of sugary, refined carbohydrates, such as cakes, cookies, biscuits, croissants, hot cross buns, pies, profiteroles, cream puffs, strudel, and, waffles, may trigger excess hair. According to Dr Rina Davison, an endocrinologist from Whipps Cross University Hospital, London, these foods have a high glycaemic index, which means they release their energy quickly and can cause insulin resistance, while Insulin is the hormone that controls blood sugar level; 'resistance' means the hormone becomes less effective at lowering blood sugar, so the body has to produce more of it to get the job done. "The problem is that a raised insulin level may trigger growth factors which make the ovaries produce too much of the 'male' hormone testosterone, which can lead to excess hair," explained nutritionist Marilyn Glenville. There can also be other reasons behind excess hair such as race, family tendency or some medical problem, but this research focuses on lifestyle and eating habits.
