Your Voice Is An Instrument

Singing is the act of producing sounds with the voice, and augments regular speech by use of both tonality and rhythm.

In essence, with sound production and singer ability, the end result can be a wonderful experience for both the singer and the listener.

Before you begin the fun part of actually singing, I will teach you the importance of protecting your voice. Working on the premise that YOUR VOICE IS AN INSTRUMENT and like any valuable instrument, it is to be handled with professional care. In addition, the more valuable the instrument, the more professional skill is needed to perfect the tuning and ultimate sound of it.

It is my aim and focus to provide the necessary skills and knowledge to empower you and your voice towards excellence.

I specialise in the utilisation and maximisation of a technique that has been proven to be successful. Teaching is given in an informal vocal setting; providing best vocal solutions and teaching strategy through award winning delivery.

I recognise that you can already sing; most people can. However, what sets singers apart, are their ability; but do remember, a professional is set apart solely because they get paid for their knowledge, experience and talent.

I have put together online and in-house lessons for all ages and abilities. I will not only give you theoretical knowledge, but also the practical. My aim is not to wow you with technical terms and showing off what I have achieved in life, but just to share with you how to connect your sound with controlled vocal application.

I also invite you to let me know what you want to achieve; be it to just sing better, working towards an event, or to know what to do in order to feel more confident. Whatever it is you want to achieve, I am in the business of fulfilling your singing desires. Initially you will learn the importance of correct breathing, then;

Projecting the forward and back voice.

Increasing your vocal range; singing in a lower or higher key than you have been used to.

How to interpret music, which is in essence the rhythm, colours and expression.

You will enjoy the benefits of relaxation techniques that enhance the voice.

You will also learn the professionals secrets; tips and tricks that are quick fixes.

All this and much more are taught by me. AND, as if this is not enough, I want you to gain valuable experience in performance and will host events that give you the platform, as it were to show off just what you have achieved.
