First of all, it`s not easy to learn a language, no matter what language it is. Its a very complicate process that nides efforts, will, time, and hard work.

The language learner is the most important factor in the learning process. Success or failure, in the end, will be determined by what you yourself contribute.

Let us see some parts of the learning process.

Speaking

Some language learners think they should hold off speaking until they have mastered the basic grammar and vocabulary of the language they are learning. Well, if your goal is to learn how to speak a foreign language, you should start practising it as soon as possible.

- make a habit to read something, for example in Albanian, if it is Albanian you are learning, every day. Thirty to sixty minutes a day is a good way to start.

- imitate the rhythm and intonation of the language and pronounce the word aloud several times, syllable by syllable.

- compare your pronunciation with the models of your teacher on audio CD.

- study the spelling of the word and its meaning.

- listen carefully and repeat out loud your teacher or a native speaker.

- practice a sound separately first, then progressively use it in words and sentences.

- look at objects and try to silently name them in Albanian, or look at persons or things and try to describe them in details.

- try to avoid speaking the language of your country with natives.

Listening


Without listening a few of us could not learn to speak a foreign language. Speaking a foreign language for many people is learned through seeing and hearing. Through listening, we can learn how speech sounds sound. It helps us to check our speech. In short, through listening, we discover whether we Writing

Start writing simple words end even short sentences almost right away, and once you have learned the spelling rules of the language, you should be able to write down most of the words and sentences you have learned. - type or write the word as many times as needed.

- whenever you are in doubt about spelling or the syllabication of the word, look it up in the dictionary.


Grammar

Grammar is important because it allows you to express your thoughts and intentions in a way that is acceptable to native speakers. Every language has its own exceptions and it similarities. they should be admitted as they are.

- learn the rules.

- work on your grammar diligently.

- be organized: make tables of verbs, nouns, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, prepositions, declensions, and so on.

- if you make mistakes remember corrections, review your mistakes to avoid repeating them.

- set aside some time each day for grammar practice, and do your homework.

- review what you have learned as you progress through the course.

- do not be afraid of making mistakes: listen, write, talk, read and practice what you know.


Learning a language may be difficult and may take time, but if you are strongly motivated to study Albanian, and you want to reach your goal, the best time is Now!
