The amount of resources available for learning French can be overwhelming. Here are a few of my favourites for learning French (and other languages):

1. Duolingo (Android/OS/Web) Free

Duolingo is by far one of the best apps for learning languages. Suitable for both adults and children, it game-ifies the process of vocabulary and grammar building.

2. Memrise (Android/OS/Web) Free

Revising for a specific exam and struggling to shore up your vocabulary knowledge? Memrise can help you get that vocab list learnt. Either plug your own list in or learn one already set up.

3. Beelinguapp (Android: Free app, some stories free others £0.50 +)

A collection of short stories in lots of different languages graded by difficulty. Listen to the story being read to you and follow the words on screen. If you get stuck, you can see the English and French side by side.
