Mi casa (My house)

Mi casa es bastante grande y tiene siete dormitorios, cuatros cuartos de baño y un estudio. También hay una cocina que me gusta porque tiene todo que necesitamos para que mi madre pueda cocinar la cena, como un microondas y un horno. Además me gusta mucho el salón porque no solo hay una televisión que veo cuando estoy cansada y quiero relajarme, sino también hay mucho espacio así que puedo jugar con mis amigos allí en mi tiempo libre.

My house is quite big and has seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and a study. It also has a kitchen, which I like because it has everything we need to cook dinner, such as a microwave and an oven. Furthermore, I really like the living room because not only is there a TV, which I watch when I'm tired and want to relax, but there is also a lot of space meaning I can play with my friends in my free time.

Casa ideal (Ideal home)

La casa de mis sueños sería enorme y lujosa. Además preferiría vivir al lado de la playa porque es muy bonita y me gusta nadar en el mar para relajarme. Querría un dormitorio grande y espacioso y me encantaría si hubieran cuadros bonitos en las paredes. El salón también sería espacioso porque me gusta cuando toda la familia puede estar junta. Todas la habitaciones serían muy grandes porque me gustaría poder invitar a todos mis amigos a casa cuando quiera. Además, en el jardín habrían arboles y flores porque me gusta la naturaleza y me encanta sentarme en el sol para relajarme.

My dream home would be enormous and luxurious. I would also like to live on the beach because it is really beautiful and I like to swim in the sea to relax. I would like a large and spacious bedroom and I'd like there to be pretty pictures on the walls. The living room would also be spacious because I like it when the whole family can be together. Every room would be very big because I'd like to be able to invite all my friends over whenever I want. Furthermore, there would be trees and flowers in the garden because I like nature and I love sitting in the sun to relax.

Que hago para ayudar en casa (What I do to help at home)

Me gusta planchar la ropa y pasar la aspiradora porque son tareas rápidas y fáciles, pero odio sacar la basura porque es asqueroso. No me gusta fregar los platos tampoco porque es muy aburrido y prefiero relajarme por hacer otras cosas. Sin embargo, tengo que ayudar cuando pueda, y esta noche por ejemplo voy a hacer la compra y arreglar mi cuarto porque lo necesito hacer, pero lo encuentro aburrido. No obstante, mis padres hacen más que yo porque aunque quito la mesa y trato de ayudar en casa cada semana, mi madre casi siempre hace la compra y mi padre siempre lava el coche, friega los platos y plancha la ropa.

I like ironing and hovering because they are quick and easy chores, but I hate putting out the bins because it's disgusting. I don't like doing the washing up either because it's very boring and I prefer to relax in other ways. However, I have to help out when I can, and tonight for example I am going to do the shopping and tidy up my room because I need to do them, but I find them boring. However, my parents do more than me because although I clear the table and try to help out every week, my mother almost always does the shopping and my father always washes the car, does the washing up and does the ironing.

I have decided to include the part about what you do to relax within each section because it fits better when describing your house and what you do to help out. However, if you feel it would be better to write it as a separate section I can reduce the size of the others and write a specific section just on that.
