An Extract From My Learn Hungarian Course A Practical Approach To Teaching Hungarian

The article illustrates how translation can be a useful tool when learning Hungarian. My course is based on everyday, real conversations which take place between native speakers. I supply the English translation for some conversations. This is very useful for retaining knowledge once the translation has been read, students can memorise it read the Hungarian version and try translating without referring to the translation.
