Appraisal of own learning and Application People are now concerned about the quality of material they learned and what benefit they can get from their experiences and understandings. People are always in search of new knowledge and then try to combine previous and new knowledge to extract the best possible they can. In this research Honey model is used to explain the conception of learning and the learning process. The model is shown in the figure below. 1 Awareness This study really engaged the researcher to study the theories and model carefully and critically analyse them to provide its own opinion by contrasting and comparing them. The researcher also designed a questionnaire to collect data. Before designing questionnaire the researcher has to identify dimensions which have impact on employee's motivation level. During the research based on results the researcher has tried his level best to provide valuable suggestions to organisation. Analysing myself as an activist, I really improved my skills like interactions, inspection, interpersonal skills, and scrutinising skills.

2 Theorist This area is related to the analysing study material like articles, book reading and research papers to check validity of research and determine the scope of the study. This approach really improved my reading and focusing skills. It makes me able to critically examine theories and other study material regarding study area. This also assisted me to gain deep understanding of motivation concepts. There is an issue that the reading stuff proved to be boring at many times but researcher has to motivate himself not to lose concentration and focus and relate these models and theories to his research area.

3 Pragmatist This approach is all about choosing which style of data analysis the researcher will use according to the topic of study. In this section the researcher learned new knowledge tools and statistical tools to analyse the data and to develop models. In this study the Regression analysis was used to analyse the study. 4 Reflector This research work was a learning activity for the researcher and researcher is really proud that he gained a lot of new knowledge and learned a lot from the challenges of research. This research really helped the researcher to enhance its skills related to arrangement, management, examination, inspection and analysing skills and researcher is really positive about the way he learned about motivation.
